Our AC went out on 4th of July in 90+ degree weather. Columbus Worthington Air sent a Technician out very quickly and at a very reasonable diagnosis fee (especially considering it was a holiday). The technician, Mike, was very professional and efficient. He changed a faulty capacitor in my compressor; and had the cooling system tested and operating in less tan 45 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable, as well. If I could, I'd rate them at 6 stars!
