We just had our furnace serviced by Rob E. of Columbus Worthington Air. Extremely Satisfied! Rob did a thorough diagnostic inspection of our furnace. Based on his findings - he suggested preventative options (component upgrade(s) and/or annual maintenance plan) recommended to prolong the performance of our system. Not only is Rob professional, and a very experienced technician, he courteously took the time to answer all my questions.
