Stepping into their office is like walking into the late 90s. I would have been impressed 20 years ago. However, I was impressed with the people, but the systems those poor souls are forced to work with are abysmal. I find it hard to believe that these people are actually interested in serving the employee when they make it so clear that they don't value their time by forcing them to take poorly designed tests that are clearly designed for users, not IT professionals, long paper forms, and long outdated DOS-style forms. I find it hard to believe that they could actually provide meaningful services to the employers when they are so behind in technology. I have talked to a lot of staffing agencies, this one is hands down, the most backward.
