If I could give a negative 1000 stars I would. They are so unprofessional. Every two or three months it's a new issue that pops up that i was not made aware of. Their customer service line is HORRIBLE. Most recent issue: Apparently they were not charging me for using the service for three months, but there were still charges to my account so I paid them only that. It kept saying there was a credit on my account which is why I didn't call when the bills were so low. Now all of a sudden my bill shot up to over $200 because they are back billing me for THEIR mistake. I used the service so I'll pay BUT whoever Juliet T. was rude in her horrible explanation of what happened, she was argumentative, and nasty, and one she pissed me off because of how she was talking to me, thought she wasn't going to get cursed out. If I could go without electricity I would. They are the Number One reason why when my lease is up, I'm moving out of Greenville. I shouldn't have to deal with a new issue every few months.
