I have never come across a company that is not int...

I have never come across a company that is not interested in supporting their customers. I phone their main office number and said " I am trying to get through to customer" and then she put me on hold. I tried calling back, immediately on hold and then disconnected. I would think a high profile company like this would want to support their customers, but obviously they are just not interested !!!!
