I live in Western KY, but recently got to shop at several Goodwill Stores in Middle TN. I was given a rewards card and I was told I could receive a 10% Military / Veterans discount everyday. I received $5 off $25 in my birthday month. I feel that MOST of the prices are fair and just. KY needs to follow your example and get back to fair and just pricing, offer discounts and a rewards card. If anyone has a complaint about Middle TN Goodwills, go shop at Western KY Goodwills a few times and you will really appreciate what you have. It is sad how much KY charges for stuff. I feel like they are trying to rip me off. I appreciate the way you do business. Also, stores were clean and well organized. Could have used another cashier or two to keep long waits down. However in Western KY they have one cashier at a time regardless of how many people are in line. I have literally put my stuff down and walked away after such long waits with no help in sight.
