My 5 month old had surgery here and while I hate leaving a bad review because the doctors and staff were wonderful, that s where the good ended. I contacted the billing department today because the bill I received in the mail did not match what my insurance was saying I owed. In fact, one of the charges did not even show insurance paid at all when in fact it did. I asked for a new, correct bill to be sent to me and was denied. I asked how I was supposed to pay a bill that I did not know the correct total. I was told I just told you the amount. So apparently I am supposed to pay a random amount that does not match any paperwork that I have, without explanation.
