My house is empty I travel for work and October bill was $ 35.46, Nov bill was $ 96.17 and now Dec bill was 117.45 all those months the house was the same tell me how are they getting the differences? Is this the trick to the the smart meter should I ask for an analogue meter to be accurate? Same as the utility bill my Johnson city utility for October was $26, Nov $24 Dec$ 336.34 what are they using to gun the meters with? This riduculous !!!!!
