I contacted Mr. Kevin Crick's office about an issue I had after I purchased a new car with defects. Mr. Crick called me back immediately (within 5 minutes). He was very patient and empathetic to my situation. He was both upfront and honest and told me what I could I expect. He is obviously very knowledgeable in what he does and cares about getting justice for consumers that have been wronged. I highly recommend Mr. Crick.
