The hotel was clean and well located.

The hotel was clean and well located.

The kitchen and the food serving process can be improved. I attended a conference and during 2 out of the 3 days the lunch was served late (more than 20 minutes late one day, everyone was standing out of the room waiting for the food to be served on the buffet tables). The food itself is not special, it is very regular and does not match the supposed category of the hotel.
