I recently purchased some glassware from this company's website. 📦 The ordering process was smooth and I received my package within the promised time frame. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the glassware. 🙁 Some of the items had small imperfections and scratches. The packaging could have been better as well, as one of the glasses arrived broken. 😔 On the positive side, the website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of products to choose from. 💻 Additionally, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out regarding the damaged item. Overall, my experience with this company was average. It would have been better if the glassware had better quality control and if the packaging was more secure. 🏢💼💔
