Technician was lacking in knowledge of HVAC.
Technician perform tune-up and broke my power disconnect switch. Then proceeded to try and take the power disconnect switch out with a regular screwdriver that was not insulated I had to stop him and tell him let me turn the power off the breaker for his own safety, I did not want him to get hurt and run the risk of electrocuting himself.
Then second technician arrived. And told me that I had to pay for the power disconnect switch to be fixed. After some time of the discussion and difficulty the technician finally agreed not to charge me for the power disconnect switch that was broken by the first technician. I also felt like some of your prices were very unreasonable. A technician told me I could use a new capacitor battery. He told me it would be $295 for installation. When I looked up the capacitor battery it was only $9 for the part. I felt like that was a very unreasonable markup. Then the second technician that it came was going to install a new Dual Zone board by Honeywell for me. But after some time and difficulty it seemed that he was not familiar with the product. And his solution was for me to change it out to a different Zone board and a different Louver as he had indicated that they were both broke. This was an inaccurate assessment. The technician quoted me $3,500 to fix my problem.I had a second opinion and another HVAC technician come out from another company he was able to install my zone board and determine what the actual problem was at a very reasonable price he had fixed my problem for only $300.
Needless to say I will never use your company again it was my first and last time.
