A service department that has a caring staff who went extra miles to take care of us.
The battery died and could only be replaced by a Hyundai dealership.
Called and talked to Marty in the parts department to ask some questions.
Marty went above and beyond to help us. My spouse is in a wheelchair with two
broken heel and cannot put and weight on her feet. Sandy had recently had
surgery and was in pain. So we were desperate to get in
because it s the only car I can get her in safely to go the Doctor.

Marty talked to Toby in service who let me come in with out an appointment.
I was treated like a queen and my wait was short. They understood I had to
leave Sandy alone at home and I was worried about her.
Anibal Aragon the service manger checked on me several times to give me
information about the car and to see if I was ok.
Toby saw me at checkout and asked about Sandy and how she was doing.

Thank you so much. We so appreciate your kindness. You are our heroes.
