I was assured a call back by a Google My Business ...

I was assured a call back by a Google My Business representative before 5.00pm today. Despite all the promises and assurances this has not occurred as I expected. I also requested a contact for the Google complaints department this has also not been forthcoming.

This saga has continued over the past 8 weeks. When will Google start to take business seriously? Its only fair I review your service like my customers review mine. Terrible service and I ve been disappointed once again by your lack of care from your MY BUSINESS team.

Please advise when someone will help me list our business locations preferably a senior manager who will take a simple request seriously.
