The desk and administrative staff can be rude and disrespectful. Its something i can overlook as its the case in other places too but the medical staff in this hospital has the same problems, more than that they are incompetent as well. Ive had a couple of small surgeries here and they failed to fix the problem. Afterwards they tried to blame me for it and basically told me to live with my ailment. Friends and family have had similar experiences. After the last bad experience i just told my GP (huisarts) i dont want to be treated at OLVG anymore for whatever ailment big or small. Dont go here people find a private clinic if you must even if it costs you more.
