A star is still too much for a hotel, this class, which shows no customer orientation. The only reason I booked the hotel was the pool. This was unfortunately not usable because of contamination. This is probably force majeure and primarily not the fault of the hotel. BUT: the handling by the hotel with this circumstance was absolutely not acceptable! Only at check-in was informed - in times of email absolutely incomprehensible, especially since I had called before and asked if a previous check-in would be possible. Here could have done an info (on the promised call, if it is possible to check in earlier, I wait until today). Despite several complaints on the part of the hotel no compensation was offered - a joke, after all, I have not paid very little for the performance. The absolute hammer: When talking with other guests, it turned out that this as a "sorry" for the usability of the pool a free breakfast. I felt like a second-class person! An impudence, how differently one is treated here. No service thought. In the room then unfortunately the toothpaste stains and whiskers of the predecessor were to be found. For a 5 star hotel an absolute absurd! A worse value for money and lousy service I could not have expected. Then rather Motel One!
