One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Installation of straightforward internet connection had to be completely redone by another supplier and equipment replaced after just 2 months. Still waiting on a refund previously agreed for equipment.

Thank you for the refund for the equipment supplied which I have now received. According to your engineers the access point supplied was working properly. If this is the case the light now falls on the quality of the installation. You may have indeed sorted your processes going forward but this whole experience has left me severely out of pocket and chewed a lot of my time. A reasonable and fair client service problem extremely badly handled. In the light of this whole experience I would personally look elsewhere for anything to do with connectivity.
