Despite complaining practically on a monthly basis, Brachers endlessly go back on their promises. "We will text you or email you the information you need" and then no text or email is ever received. I call up, complain, they say the same thing, and I still receive no information from them.

Utterly disgusting. And then they send me threatening letters warning of legal action, but offer zero apologies when I explain their lack of professionalism and ability to uphold their end of the promise.
