After speaking to 5 ADT people on the phone, 47 minutes later......I am free! Glad to no longer be an ADT customer...there tactic to retain people is to say call back tomorrow, we are busy now . No communication, every time I spoke to the next representative they asked for all my information again. The only contact I had with them was the notices in the mail with the continuous increase in fees!! Yikes!
