Worst Ever. My bank sent me a new debit card so my autopay cancelled. They never called or sent an e-mail. Instead they sent me a letter in the mail saying that my payment would incur late charges in 5 days and my policy would be canceled. The letter took 5 days to get to me..... I called and asked them to let me know how much it would be to cancel. My agent said to call United. I called United and spoke to Juanita who was not very helpful. She couldn't answer any of my questions, she couldn't tell me how much it would be to cancel, instead she told me I needed to call my agent back. When I asked for her manager she said they would call me back, and that she was proud to be able to help me in Spanish as well and that she was very educated. I was a bit shocked because I didn't really understand what she meant by that. I'm bilingual and can speak both Spanish and English, but I really didn't see what that had to do with this conversation at all. I think that she mistakenly thought I was upset at her broken English, which was clearly not the case. I was upset with the lack of support this company had, and her broken English wasn't making this better. I'm still waiting on a call from Cynthia (manager), but after reading these reviews I doubt anybody will call. I called my agent back and she seemed confused that they couldn't give me an amount to cancel my policy. So nobody can tell me how much it costs to cancel, nobody has a copy of my contract, and nobody can help me with my late fees. I guess I'll just cancel the policy. If they try to send me a bill I can ask for the legal contract they have that shows I owe said amount. If nobody has a contract, then nobody can use it to enforce payment. LOL. This company sucks. I'm so glad I switched before I actually needed to use my insurance. WHEW!
