If you are looking for a catering company please do not use bytown. They are consistently late with bringing food and have been talked to about it several times. When told that their bosses would be getting a complaint from us they merely shrugged their shoulders. They have lied about being overly busy as an excuse to bringing food to our establishment late only to find out that they simply forgot it. They are unreliable and inconsiderate. They have a complete lack of customer service. Honestly it's like getting served by a moody unmotivated preteen. The food is often burnt or under cooked or just plain mediocre.
Spare yourself the headache that is bytown catering. If you are looking for a consistent catering company that will have to deliver to you daily, do not use this one. They will have you pulling your hair out from frustration.
