I initially went to the downtown location. WRONG CHOICE! I had already waited 1 hour and still had 13 ahead of me. So, I chose this location. AMAZING CHOICE! I got there about 8:50 a.m., and left by 9:20. It is a lot calmer office and they called numbers on faster and more regular intervals. Went to window C, and were treated very well. Great work!
