So I turned my car into them as a voluntary repo. I had a negative balance on my account and it posted on my credit report. Fast forward about a year later the account was picked up by a collection company. Now both Foreman Finacial and the collection company are both reporting on my credit report. So I talked with foreman to settle the debt. I paid off the debt and the collection company is deleted from my credit report. However foreman is still reporting on my report that I owe an outstanding balance . How is this possible? Now I have to dispute this for the 3rd time because they are crooks and a shady dishonest company.
