At the food court pizza bar individual ahead of me apparently was given the wrong number of items. After plate was handed to customer and sliding down line, the person collecting money noticed issue and ask for food back. They took food from customers plate and put back into the buffet steam table. Only after I made the comment did the cashier remove the steamer for disposal. It was certainly convenient for the cashier after I made the comment for the debit machine to be down (with no sign). Consequently he took our plates and immediately threw our food in trash. Overall experience very unprofessional, unsanitary, and embarrassing.
