Service rep R.Santacruz was very polite in the beginning. The repair took over 5 months. There is a real problem with parts not being ordered properly and or noone following thru after placing the orders. Several times when told that a significant part was on endless backorder I took control and made calls to get the parts expedited. Then days later the same scenario repeated itself. During the long process one of my floormats became missing. R.Santacruz told me an order was placed for drop shipment to me.every 3 or 4 weeks I would check with him for an update. Eventually he wouldn't even respond to my query. I went to Jaguar and was able to resolve the issue on my own. On a positive note, the repairs were flawlessly completed. But, The process was totally exasperating.
