We are lifetime travelers and had our worst hotel experience ever. We had free vouchers from the Ellen show. When we showed up the rooms weren't ready so we came back later... After midnight and then got charged a no show fee of $640 plus the vouchers. After a lot of back and forth they ultimately refused to refund the money. We read their entire terms and conditions and all it says is we lose the $100 deposit, but we didn't even cancel.... We were there.
