I have a very fragile 5 and a half year old pug. I have NEVER had any concerns with this insurance. I subscribed to the OPTIMAL formula, the most expensive of the offers. The service is of exceptional quality. As with any quality blanket, you have to pay the price, of course, but I go to the vet without asking myself how I will pay. I am very amazed at the negative reviews. For me, this insurance is the best of the best.
