The Pershing Hall is well known to all those who drive in the Champs-Elysees for the beautiful cars often parked in front of ... But in addition to the hotel is inside the walls a very nice restaurant to discover! The setting is particularly pleasant: most of the dining room is under a large glass roof with a wall of vegetation on the side. To perfect the atmosphere, brunch is taken with a background music, discreet enough not to interfere with conversations at your table.

Brunch side, several buffets are arranged on each side of the room:

- a pancake and pancake stand prepared before your eyes, with nutella, sugar, honey and maple syrup at your disposal (jams are directly on your table!)
- a sushi stand and sashimi prepared in front of your eyes upon request

- hot dishes: mini-cheeseburgers, chicken, mutton, potatoes and assorted vegetables
- a cheese platter

The service is particularly attentive and will take care of serving you a hot drink (coffee, tea or homemade chocolate) and a juice (orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango or apple).
