Absolutely wonderful !! Had an issue going on with trying to get my number ported over to my new phone, this gentleman jumped through hoops for us! I am beyond happy with my experience with him! Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of ! You honestly do not find great customer service like this anymore , he truly cares about his customers!! Thank you again !!!
