Worst customer service I ve experienced in awhile....

Worst customer service I ve experienced in awhile. I came in to activate a new company phone and they swapped in my old SIM card and shredded my new SIM card. The old SIM turned out to be not compatible with the new phone and I returned to fix the issue. They then said they needed my company to give me authorization to get a new SIM card and fix the issue even though they had shredded my perfectly good new SIM card that came with the new phone. I initially walked into the store in the hopes of easing the process and didn t think it was possible to actually make things more difficult on me. Manager was extremely rude and incompetent and not willing to fix the issue they had caused. This took place on 9/27/19 at 10:30am.
