If I could give them negative stars I would. I have never been to this place as I don't live in the state, and they should be glad. I chatted with "Scott" online and he was the most rude and argumentive sales/service representative I have ever encountered. Basically because I was interested in purchasing equipment, looking to price match and inquired about clarifying his statement as to why I had to use a Precor dealer in my area, he stated " if you are wanting to argue please go elswhere. i've explained to you i cannot ship this machine to you. buy from your local dealer." With an attitude like that I am not sure why Precor would want him to be an "authorized" representative of their merchandise nor would anyone in AL want to frequent that store.
