I have a #Suddenlink office in my town, do you think they have a direct contact number? NOPE!
I had service installed yesterday. The installer left cables sticking out all over, didn't even let me know what my new number was or explain how to operate anything. He told me everything was written down on the box my equipment came in and left.
WRONG!
I thought I could call to have the technician return.... I was waiting FORTY FIVE MINUTES to have someone finally take my call. They weren't able to help and....NO SURPRISE... couldn't contact a tech to come back out. I was told I would get a call from a scheduler in a few hours.....HOURS.... I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL!!!!
I get frustrated and decided to try today. I'm told I didn't receive the right equipment during install and unless I want to wait until TOMORROW for another tech, I'll have to take the box I have to get it switched out with the right one....

WHAT DID I PAY INSTALLATION CHARGES FOR?!?!?!?

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE LOCAL OFFICE?!?!?!?

WHY WAS I ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO WAS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER?!?!?!?!?

#Dish and #Directtv may be expensive..... but at least they know how to treat customers!!!!!!!!!!!!
