The location wise is excellent and I always stay at this hotel during my visit in Jakarta.
It WAS really good and it fulfilled the ACCOR standard.
However, I can feel that there are many changes and downgrading in services. I heard that the manager was changed.
As a Platinum Accor member, I can tell you that this hotel does not meet the Accor standard of services, such as : welcome drink which must be requested (in fact, it must be provided without request), the room is not prepared for us (as an Accor member, the room must be ready and air conditioned upon check in) and the staffs do not really care about the guests.
I can tell you that the previous manager was much better.
