The tech support provided by Neat was much better ...

The tech support provided by Neat was much better than I expected. I had what I would have considered a complicated issue. First I had an older version of the desktop software mixed with the web version. I was unable to see my NC1000 using a USB Cable and when I looked at my files from previous scans I saw only blank space. On top of that my scans were coming out with half the page streaked and blurred. My neattech+23 support person was outstanding and very patient. Though I am tech savvy and understood everything they were doing I appreciated the questions and explanations provided me. I say now that I am back up and running (scanning) and have lost no documents in the process my Neat scanner was well worth the cost.
