My initial appointment was wonderful. The technician was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. My issue though has been getting them back for a follow up appointment. TWICE in one week I have scheduled an appointment and had a no show, no call. I found out my technician was out sick for my first appointment only after I called the service line and inquired when no one showed up for my 2 hour time window. My second appointment (today, Saturday), I have not been able to get any information about since the office is closed today. My window was for 10 to 12 and no one has called yet (12:15) to tell me they will be late or cancel. I have given 2 stars ONLY because of the first visit, and unfortunately I will not be using this company again.
