This is my very first time at this hospital.. whil...

This is my very first time at this hospital.. while everyone was polite friendly and kind I was appalled at the chewing gum of the RN NURSE and other staff member.
Then I questioned the cleanliness of the hospital when a staff member was shocked at a bed pan under my bed and other things!!
This hospital overall does not have a good rating and I would hope that they take it serious enough to want to clean up there act.
I am new and live in Lago Vista and this hospital is the closest one to me..
