I waited in line in the lobby for 20 minutes, which was not unexpected. What was unexpected was that no one was taking patient temperatures at the door, and no one was sanitizing anything in the office between visitors. There was a woman sobbing in the lobby the whole time, not wearing a mask. And once I signed paperwork they sent me to my car to wait and someone would come get me "in just a bit". I was given #5, so that seemed like it would have a reasonable wait time. An hour later I had to call to be sure they hadn't forgotten me, and it was 30 more minutes before I got inside. No one apologized for the wait time, and the guy who came to get me seemed super relaxed about the whole thing. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone after that. It was a strange experience all around.
