I have been trying to get reimbursed for medication for a year
I followed v a handbook to the letter
After 9 months I was told I was not even close and was given the correct info of who to contact
Been a month since I visited this person at Fee Base at Jamaica plane
When I call this department nobody picks up
I am going back on Friday, and if no results, I will take them to small claims court and this should get their attention and will let the courts handle it
