I had to bring my Honda here to have a recall take...

I had to bring my Honda here to have a recall taken care of that the dealership I bought it from neglected to do even after they told me they did...my mistake for believing them. Anyway I brought my car in early in the morning and am greated by the most genuinely kind valet people, the people inside the service department got me in and out, told me it would be better for me to stay so I dont have to worry about the shuttle because the update would take about an hour (it really took them closer to 30 minutes) and they got me in and out with my car which was a huge convenience at 7:30 am on a monday before work.
