The Palms Place Hotel and Spa had excellent customer service from the moment we checked in. The view from the 37th floor was amazing. I was surprised to all the included amenities the room provided. The only gripe I have is that the room can feel a little dark even with all the lighting options. The ice machine in the mini fridge wasn't working as well as the ironing board being unable to disassemble. Other than those concerns, I would definitely stay here again in the future.
