Ordered an XL t-shirt & hoody, great fit & quality...

Ordered an XL t-shirt & hoody, great fit & quality so I ordered 3 more t-shirts & 2 long-sleeved t-shirts.
The long-sleeved XL t-shirts were different sizes (one did fit perfectly) sent back and reordered 2 L & 2 XL & a hoody. All 4 long -sleeved t-shirts were different sizes and sleeve lengths and none fit as well as the one I returned. Instead of a hoody I received a sweatshirt. All returned.
The lack of a customer services phone number or live chat made this a long and drawn out process.
All I want are two long-sleeved t-shirts that fit like the one I received in the first delivery & obviously the hoody that I ordered that was incorrectly picked.
