Had to wait a few months and got my tickets in advance, this place is the most popular museum in LA right now and the hype is not just an LA thing. The museum is amazing with so many different contemporary art paintings and sculptures every room instantly fills you with the energy inside. I have visited two times after my first and i personally love and feel art so i wouldn't want to ruin anything in my review but if you're contemplating your visit i promise you will not regret it , i feel better everytime i leave this place and i love it so much. don't get me wrong the art is not all upbeat and lovely the one thing i love about contemporary art is how unique and different it is and this museum has it all the dark and intense and the pessimistic outlook brought into such a great light i truly am a huge fan of this place and just seeing the excitement in my friends eyes and even a despair look from a stranger staring at a painting is why i come back. A great museum that belongs in LA
