Bad management, for taking care parking very complicated (the receptionist not help full at all), access card taking long time to received, the rule about phone and internet very stupid (the tenant have to used they are interne and internet and phone is sucks). Not worth it thats why they still have so many empty spot. Good things just you can cross to central park and pullman access
