John Rendo was very knowledgeable about the used Toyota that I purchased. It's not often that you find a sales representative who knows more than most of the service reps that one encounters. There was no pressure and all went very smooth. The Sales Manger only got involved when asked and the sale was completed efficiently. They have taken care of the few issues that surfaced after the sale, no problems!
