The least understanding and most incompetent offic...

The least understanding and most incompetent office staff I've ever come across. They spelled our last name incorrectly in the system and we somehow now have to pay AGAIN, get with our officiant AGAIN, fill the paperwork out AGAIN. Not only has it wasted almost two months of time between phone calls, messages, and dropping by the physical office, but it's the lack of empathy on top of that.

The same woman who filed our paperwork the week before our wedding and spelled our name wrong, (after asking us 5+ times how to spell the name while shrugging her shoulders and refusing to make eye contact), was the same woman who told my husband today that we have to pay again to file the license.

Wish these government offices could be held more accountable. Extremely disappointed and hoping to get this sorted soon.

If it can be avoided, avoid this office. Take your marriage licensing elsewhere.
