Upon arrival I wanted to check in, this took more than an hour. After an hour we asked if we could just leave our bags in a closet where they keep guests bags. The receptionist then told us if we don't appreciate this service it is our problem. The staff is very very rude and unprofessional. The rooms does not match the pictures oline and this is false advertising. The bathroom is outdated and the walls of the rooms very thin. I would have had a better time at home.
