This place seems more like an exhibition! Beware the staffs here are thieves in disguise and will not answer your questions and will just showoff themselves with their pathetic English, you will be charged 150Rs for normal entry and 250Rs for special entry (NO FREE ENTRY)

My recommendation/ request would be to just visit a better temple or offer free food for the needy in streets ! their blessings are beyond words and lord Shiva will feel happy.

And yes this place accepts visa and mastercards for the cashless experience !
