I am a vegan and could have made a better platter ...

I am a vegan and could have made a better platter from my fridge. You would think, with professional chefs, they could have come up with something better than pretty much just breads and dips. The single salad roll was delicious but the rest was just plain sad. Vegan does NOT mean boring, flavorless and little selection! Seeing as this was for a company event, I'm sure we will use them again as everything else looked great and everyone seemed happy. But if we use them again, I will be bringing my own platter with tons of flavor and selection. This is the second year in a row that I got a platter that was less than desirable.
