This place is more of a supermarket than a bookstore and the people who work there are incompetent.
We ordered by telephone a text for a school (theater), in 12 copies. It took 10 to 15 days to receive these copies. After 15 days we are told that we have to wait for a third week.
When I call the third week I am told that there has never been an order for this book ... the person from the literature department informs me that the order was canceled because they thought it was a mistake - nowadays we do not read Jean Genet anymore!
Second time in the year that we call on them and they give us a misstep. Too bad, so much the better.
