Well we'll.. to start off.. looking at the reviews I thought I am going to a good place for some food and coffee.. called the cafe in evening and asked for an outdoor table as I am smoker .. was told by Nishanth ( if I am not wrong with the name ) that they don't book outdoor tables over the phone and u have to come in and check .. so reached the cafe and I found one table that was in the corner .. asked the waiter... Was told that once the couple moves out I can take that table.. so me and my friend we're waiting .. finally the table was free.. by the time I could go to the table some1 else occupied . I called the waiter and said I had told u for the table and we have been waiting for more than 20 mins !! He was like .. Unka reservation Hai .. now I was confused..what I was told that there is no reservation and it's first come first serve basis.. lol.. then this manager or don't know who came in and was not understanding my point and keep on saying those are regular customers.. well what about new customers ? Be it a regular or new .. a customer is a customer. !! Later he understood what I was trying to communicate.. my suggestion would be. First of all pls have a good communication. U say that u don't book outdoor table over the phone and when ur regular customers call in u book the table .. I mean what abt New comers like us ? We don't value you guys .. are we not gonna pay for the food that we gonna eat !! Second thing. U guys have a little space to add a few more tables . Please throw in some extra tables and chairs .. and most importantly.. be it a regular or new .. customer is a customer !!! Came to ur cafe with a lot of expectations .. but I am sorry to say .. u treat ur regular customers in a good way and not the new ones.. if I would have been treated the way I am suppose to .. then I would also have been a regular customer .. and first understand what the customer is trying to say .. because it was ur miscommunication abt the table not mine !!
